The Women's Wellness Center of Prince George’s County
allows women to be able to
receive screenings that focus on health promotion, disease prevention, health maintenance,
patient education and overall women’s wellness.
The Small Business Growth Fund allowed them to open their business in Clinton, MD.
One of the newest additions to the Woodmore Towne Center in Largo is
KBQ Barbeque Restaurant owned and operated by longtime hospitality
specialist and restaurateurs, Kerry and Lya Britt. KBQ Real Barbeque is a
women owned and minority owned restaurant that originally opened in the
Bowie Fairwood Shopping Center in 2007.
Through the Small Business Growth Fund (SBGF) , FSC First assisted KBQ
with their $400,000 relocation and re-opening costs with a $200,000 loan
for leasehold improvement, equipment, inventory and working capital.
Linda Abell and Timothy Abell own and operate Security Vault Works, Inc.
in Laurel, Maryland.
The company has been in operation since 1986, providing general construction services to the
banking and financial services industry for the installation of automated teller machine networks
and the design and construction of new and renovated branch facilities.

the Branch Avenue Metro area
of PrinceGeorge’s County. The Hampton Inn & Suites located at 5000 Mercedes Blvd, Camp
Springs, MD is part of the transit-oriented development near Joint Base Andrews and brings
117 rooms of Hilton class luxurious guest accommodations. FSC First was pleased to
participate in the financing of this project by providing a $4.7 million SBA 504 fixed rate
