BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The governing Board of Directors is comprised of individuals who represent affiliations within our target market. They serve in accordance with the eligibility requirements of the U.S. Small Business Administration and provides general oversight and governance of FSC First as a designated Community Development Financial Institution, as well as, a SBA 504 Certified Development Company and SBA 7(A) Community Advantage Lender. The volunteer members of the Board of Directors are recruited from many disciplines, including, but not limited to: academia, business, economic development, and finance.
