Completion of a Rigorous Nine-Month Training Program
Both team members successfully completed FSC First’s Rigorous Nine-Month Business Development Training Program, led by LLADNAR Services CEO, Maria Randall. This intensive program equips new professionals with the knowledge, tools, and hands-on experience needed to support small businesses through loan readiness, financial coaching, and capital access.
The training curriculum included:
- Understanding CDFI lending standards and capital programs
- Small business financial analysis and underwriting essentials
- Client engagement and relationship-building strategies
- Community outreach and partnership development
