The Master CEO Coaching Series

FSC First sponsored Master CEO Coaching Series facilitated by Bay Crossing Consulting Services LLC and Integrative Management Solutions, LLC

FSC First is excited to announce that we’ve expanded the Level Up Program to offer a Master CEO Coaching Series. This series requires advance registration, a commitment by the CEO or Vice President of the participating business to attend six, two-hour in person group coaching sessions, and a personal commitment to implement the advice and guidance provided by the Master Coaches.

Prior to the first group coaching session, the selected business owners are required to complete a pre-assessment of their current operations and identify critical concerns using a proprietary assessment survey. The assessment results are discussed in a private one-on-one coaching session and a plan of action is documented. During the six two-hour group coaching sessions, solutions, resources, best practices, and processes are discussed.

At the conclusion of the six two-hour in person group coaching sessions, a post-assessment survey is required to measure the progress of the business in eliminating or reducing barriers to success. The CEO or Vice President is encouraged to take advantage of direct access to the Master Coaches throughout the six sessions.

Registration for Cohort #2 is open until Friday, July 14th.

Eligibility Requirements:

– At least 3 years of operating history

– Business must be based in Prince George’s County

The official Kick-off Session will be held on Wednesday, July 26th from 10AM – 12 Noon and the series will conclude in September. Additional details will be provided upon acceptance to the Master CEO Coaching Series.
