FSC First, President & CEO, Shelly M. Gross-Wade, testified before the House of Delegates (Economic Matters Committee) and Senate (Budget and Taxation Committee) in support of HB 92-2017 and SB 498, that will transfer the day-to-day administration of the Maryland Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Fund from the State’s Board of Public Works to the Maryland Department of Commerce.

In her written testimony, Ms. Gross-Wade stated that “transferring the day-to-day administration of the VLT Fund to the Department of Commerce will allow the Fund Managers to operate with increased efficiencies as they strive to approve and disburse the VLT loans quicker.” Note:  FSC First was selected as a VLT Fund Manager in July 2016.
