On Monday June 20, 2016, The Prince George’s County Business Resource Coalition (BRC) held its very first BRC Small Business Expo. This jointly promoted event showcased the resources available in the county that can assist with the growth of your county-based business. Attendees received viable information including technical and financial assistance for local businesses. The local businesses that attended had an opportunity to share their success stories and the lessons they have learned as up and coming entrepreneurs.

The Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation provides business services that help attract, retain, and expand businesses, create high-quality jobs, and expand Prince George’s County’s commercial tax base. The Prince George’s County Business Resource Coalition includes FSC First, Prince George’s County Economic Development Corporation, Center for Entrepreneurial Development, Prince George’s County Council’s MBE Compliance Manager, Supplier Development & Diversity Division, Maryland Women’s Business Center, Bowie Business Innovation Center, U.S. Small Business Administration, Office of the County Executive, and the Prince George’s County Council.
