ION Storage Systems

ION Storage Systems was awarded grant funds in the amount of $200,000 through the Economic Development Incentive (EDI) Fund. This program is the result of a partnership between FSC First and the Prince George’s County Financial Development Corporation (EDC). The program provides loan and grant funds to support businesses with retention, expansion and attracting businesses that will broaden the County’s commercial tax base, retain and attract jobs, support small and local enterprises, and promote development and redevelopment opportunities, transit oriented development and the growth of key industry sectors. ION Storage Systems is now able to expand their battery manufacturing operations in Prince George’s County with the help of the Economic Development Incentive (EDI) Fund.
