Shanton Kittler

With almost two decades of experience in the banking industry, Shanton Kittler currently serves as Senior Vice President and SBA Lending Manager at MainStreet Bank. In this capacity, some of her responsibilities include: growing and managing the credit quality of MainStreet Bank’s loan portfolio; developing new small business and SBA loans that include funding start-up businesses, business and commercial property acquisitions and working capital; and maintaining a working knowledge of SBA programs while ensuring compliance with all SBA regulations.
Prior to joining MainStreet Bank, Ms. Kittler held leadership positions at Eagle Bank, Revere Bank, and Monument Bank.
Passionate about the small businesses, Ms. Kittler is dedicated to utilizing her experiences to help grow the small business community.
Edward S. Tuvin
Senior Vice President,
CityFirst Bank
Mr. Tuvin received an MS degree and an MBA from the John Hopkins University’s Carey School of Business graduating, Summa Cum Laude.
Mr. Tuvin has received numerous awards and accolades including the 2011 SBA DC Financial Services Champion of the Year Awards.
